Bug with Auto Screen Brightness GNOME extension
Bug with Auto Screen Brightness GNOME extension
Description
After updating to GNOME 49.0, the extension Auto Screen Brightness failed to work. As a student who uses the computer both on AC and on battery, I need the screen brightness to adjust automatically based on battery supply. This extension worked very well for me, allowing me to define screen brightness values for AC and battery modes separately. However, after the update, it stopped functioning.
The problem was with the API changes that came with the update. I’m still investigating and will post follow-up information once I figure out the solution.
