GoatCounter Analytics Added

GoatCounter is a simple page view and analytics tool. It is also natively supported by the Chirpy theme.

I experienced some issues deploying it, but I found that was because Jekyll environment was not set to production on CloudFlare Pages, which is required for the feature to be enabled.

Now the analytics is working, and you can see the page view count for each post.
